Offering a range of service levels, from one-off consultations through to full service engagement, we can assist with creating a home that feels like you.

One-off consultations are great low cost option for those who want some general advice or guidance to self-implement. For example, advice on how to lay out furniture to achieve optimal function and flow, or guidance on how to achieve a cohesive and ‘finished’ look.

For those looking for more, we can provide any, or all, of the following services:

creation of a bespoke styling concept for your space/s
design of a spatial plan and/or 3D visualisation plan
curation of furniture, soft furnishings, art and homewares selections
procurement and/or installation of furnishings.

Engagement for services is generally on an hourly basis. Depending on the scale and scope of your project, an all inclusive fixed fee may be agreed.

For developers/investors, we offer customised furnishing packages. From appliances and whitegoods only, through to full furnishing - furniture, appliances and whitegoods, kitchenware, artwork and soft furnishings - and all combinations in between, we can assist with preparing your property for sale or lease to achieve greater yields. These furnishing packages are quoted as an all inclusive price.

For example, advice on how to redesign your kitchen to achieve optimal function and flow, or guidance on colours, materials and fixtures and fittings to achieve a cohesive look and feel.

For developers/investors looking to engage Home & Jones Co. for furnishing packages, we offer to review building and electrical plans from a styling /furnishing and practicality perspective. Our aim is to assess and advise on general functionality and space planning, whilst also considering aesthetics. We also provide early recommendations on furniture placement. We recommend bringing us in early, during the plan development stage, to conduct this review.

Full staging (currently unavailable)

All furniture, bedding, art, soft furnishings and homewares is hired.

Hired items are selected from a vast collection of quality furniture and décor in a range of styles to create a bespoke look to suit your property.

Service includes delivery, set-up, styling, pack-up and collection.

Standard hire period is four to six weeks. Extensions are available for an additional weekly cost. Shorter periods are subject to supplier approval.

Partial staging (currently unavailable)

Hired items selected to cohesively integrate with your existing décor to create a bespoke look to suit your property.

Hired items can include furniture, bedding, art, soft furnishings and homewares, selected from a quality range of items in various styles.

Service includes delivery, set-up of hired furniture and art, styling, pack-up and collection.
